As part of the move to locale-aware Bouncer, we'll create entries for all existing en-US files in all languages. This will create plenty of entries that should never have existed, for example Firefox 1.0 in 70 languages. I suggest we run the new locations against ftp.m.o and wipe the ones that are 404s, with the rationale that if it's not present on our own mirror, it can't be anywhere else, and thus it's probably a bogus entry. If outright deleting them is too scary, setting active=0 should suffice as well.
Fixed: http://github.com/fwenzel/tuxedo/commit/4f3b14daf4611ef757faf7f392442f7b45f06988 On my test database, that was less "successful" than I thought though: Out of about 90,000 locations, only 716 were bogus and could be purged.
