When editing a user's account information the last choice is "Local Settings" which has a "Default Time Zone" drop down menu the user can choose from.

In this menu the continents appear in alphabetical order, but the cities under each continent appear in reverse alphabetical order. This is confusing for users.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in
2. Click on your user name
3. Select "Edit"
4. Scroll to bottom an select a Time Zone.
Actual Results:  
Time zones by city appeared in reverse alphabetical order.

Expected Results:  
Time zones by city should appear in alphabetical order.

THis is not a huge issue, but it does make the website feel less polished and may be the type of thing that drives alpha geeks crazy.
