Once rev2 is retired the regression tracker should switch over to monitoring rev3 machines. The exception being tiger boxes which will remain up and testing, but are rev2.

(mid-air'd) Pushing to catlee as he's already working on this. Please continue to monitor talos-rev2-tiger* but stop monitoring all other talos-rev2* machines. Also, we should start monitoring all talos-r3* machines.
