Bug 545407 will be removing the forced disabling of DNS prefetch that we've got in content tabs due to APP_TYPE_MAIL/APP_TYPE_EDITOR checks in the core code.
The patch I'm attaching will adapt the code for when bug 545407 lands on trunk. I'll have to do a second patch when it lands on 1.9.2 (which is what I'm aiming for).
