The old Ubuntu7.10 and Ubuntu9.04 talos machines are all intentionally offline. We took these older rev2 talos machines down yesterday, as part of the switchover to the newer rev3 talos machines. 

You should be looking instead for "Fedora 12 - Constantine" or "Fedora 12 x64 - Constantine".
