I've sent an email with the following attachs (1.jpg , 2.jpg , 3.jpg).
After some while i sent another email with other attachs but with the same names (1.jpg and 2.jpg). The images were different but the second email was sent with the previous 2 JPGs files.
It happen also with 2 emails with .doc files. The second one i meant to sent with an updated file, but it has sent the previous version. Only when i changed the name it sent correctly.

Will be fixes in next 3.0.2 release by bug #356808
