Rising projects on front page
http://www.drumbeat.org/

should look the same way they do here:
http://www.drumbeat.org/projects

remove empty line between title and likes.
This is because the front page has a <div class="content"> around it, whereas the projects page doesn't. I thought that "class=content" was a good indicator for the pages where we were authoring content (over in bug 547256), but it seems it's not perfect.

We can either add another CSS rule to override the other one, or think of a better way of differentiating the added-content pages.

If there is a Views template that is specific to the rising_projects View then i guess you can just take out the <div class="content"></div>
