This will be my second contravertial bug.

I am embarrased to say that for the past 6 months, I have been clicking the IE 
icon more than the Netscape Icon.  

IE simply loads faster than Navigator 4.7 and of course better than the current 
Mozilla binaries.

M$ of course does this by pre-loading most of the browser as "part of the OS".

I would like to make a request that Mozilla.org develop a startcenter like 
RealPlayer does.  This startcenter would preload most of the browser.  When a 
user clicks on the Mozilla icon, the browser would then be able to load as fast 
as or faster than IE 5.5.  

This should be an option during the install of course and be in the preferences 
to allow it to be turned on or off.

I don't see this happening before 1.x, but it would be a great feature for the 
next release.
um...over to installer...i guess...how feasible is this?
