For multi monitor management I use UltraMon (v 2.7.1.0).

UltranMon adds context menu entries to every tab (application) on the task bar. Below 'Close(Alt+F4)' there are two new options: 'Shift to other monitor' and 'Maximize to both monitors' (translated from german).

Now, since updated to FF 3.6., these entries are missing only for Firefox-Tabs.
