I ran search with some criteria.
It returned few dozens bugs with varying 'Pri' field.
Clicking on 'Pri' changes their order but they are not sorted.

Did you customize the priority list? Do you have a screenshot of what happens when clicking only once and when clicking twice the priority column header? I cannot reproduce.
