User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Thunderbird/3.0.1 On a PC running Windows XP Professional SP3 and Thunderbird 3.0.1 the user opens an email message by double clicking on the message. The message opens in a separate window and randomly the message window does not contain a 'Delete' button. If the user closes the message and reopens it the 'Delete' button may return. I have tried to replicate the issue on my computer and can not since I am running Windows 7 Ultimate. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Double click on an email message to open it in a new window. 2. Close the message and open another. 3. This may need to be repeated several times to replicate. Actual Results: The window will open without the 'Delete' button. Expected Results: Anytime a message window opens the 'Delete' button should be present.

I run Win 7 Home Premium and have the same symptom using Thunderbird 3.1.19. The DELETE button is intermittently present in the new window when a message is opened from the inbox.
