Tried to fix this here: https://www.drumbeat.org/admin/build/menu-customize/menu-drumbeat-footer-menu-2 But changes made there do not appear on the live site.

Summary: facebook link on footer site wide → cannot update facebook link in footer
https://www.drumbeat.org/admin/build/block/configure/block/15?destination=projects I.e. Just rollover the footer block as admin and you'll see a "configure" link appear. Click that and modify the html. All fixed.
