The real download is correctly made. The size of the file displays well in firefox. The progress begins the counting of Mb downloaded with the correct progress bar.
[BUG] : In 1/4 of the downloaded file, Firefox considers the file downloaded in 100 %. [/BUG]
The antivirus analysis is made. The file is exploitable directly.
For the example, the download stops in 1.6Mb / 8Mb. The file in the explorer windows = 8Mb.
It reproduces on any download.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Find any file on internet. (Rather > 1Mo by convenience of observation).
- Open the window "Download".
- Proceed to the download and visualize the progress.
Actual Results:  
In a random way, the file is declared downloaded complete before bar progress 100 %.
However, the file in the explorer Windows indicates the size normally expected.
For the example, the expected size = 8Mb in "Download Firefox" = 8Mb in Windows Seven = progress never in 8 Mb!

Safe-mode: idem. Bug always. After 2.8Mb/8Mb.
New profile: idem. Bug always. After 2.4Mb/8Mb downloaded, progress bar shows complete download!

You said that "The antivirus analysis is made. The file is exploitable directly." this sounds like your AV scanner, is detecting an exploit, and stopping the download?

New tests: webguard stopped (Avira Antivir Premium), active Guard, active Mailguard; download of the software firefox = progress bar 0 % - > 100 % OK!
Active webguard; download of the software firefox = progress bar 0 % - > 20% - Fail!
Conclusion: Webguard AV Avira Antivir Premium caused this bug.

Conclusion: Le Webguard d'AV Avira Antivir Premium est responsable de ce bug.
