Of the 37 site-wide recommended add-ons that are within their featured datestamps and not Personas, only 10 are showing on the recommended page. Examples of missing add-ons include Adblock Plus and Weave.
Note that these add-ons are also supposed to be randomly ordered. I haven't waited enough time for memcache to expire so I don't know that this isn't working, just mentioning it.
