Component: General → Bookmarks & History
Version: unspecified → Trunk
for how things are working right now we should either:
- focus that tab and open the star panel
- open the bookmarking "dialog"

the former would change focus of the user, but the action of bookmarking a non focused tab is strange by itself, sounds more like a shortcut, so maybe it would still be consistent.
