Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to http://onet.pl
2. Open second tab
3. In the second tab open http://youtube.com
4. Scroll the youtube.com web page to the bottom
5. Switch to the first tab with onet.pl
Actual Results:
Seems like panning youtube in the second tab is scrolling onet page a bit(view is moved for the toolbar height or something)
Expected Results:
Onet page shouldn't be panned even a bit
