Details

Apparently "MacOSX Darwin 8.11.1 bm-xserve20 dep unit test" on the Firefox3.0 tree has been orange for at least 4 days (I didn't go back any further than that), with the orange interspersed with one red build. Selecting "12 hrs from the past 4 weeks" still shows the box orange. The perma-orange seems related to bug 490062, which in turn is likely being triggered by the following exception: CGSResolveShmemReference : offset exceeds bounds 2010-02-26 07:45:58.241 firefox-bin[18908] Mozilla has caught an Obj-C exception [NSInternalInconsistencyException: Error (1000) creating CGSWindow] Note that in bug 470864 comment 7 notes that the exceptions are related to failure to create a window or to show a hidden one. Since it's vaguely a memory-related exception, and since 1.9.0 boxes don't get rebooted, I wonder whether a reboot might help, setting the machine fresh. Also, searching turns up bug 533131; this looks like a repeat.
Rebooted, uptime was a surprisingly low 16 days. Also deleted more than 20,000 .part files on the Desktop. And triggered another build. Please reopen if doesn't go green.
