Likely related to whatever causes bug 548485, perhaps even the same bug.

Content-Zoom in the attached stand-alone MathML document (or other MathML document), then invoke Tabsposé. Instead of showing a thumbnail that matches the aspect ratio of the actual window, we display a miniature thumbnail (that does roughly match the aspect ratio) as the top of a long, thin rectangle of a focus ring.

See soon-to-be-attached screenshot for a picture worth a few hundred words.
This also affects styled XML (e.g. http://caminobrowser.org/blog/atom.xml) and XUL (e.g. the about:config table view) but not pretty-printed XML or XHTML, and it will also affect stand-alone SVG once bug 548485 is fixed.

Interestingly, it also affects (stand-alone) image documents.

There's a second regression here, and it's not from 1.9.2 but rather from content-zoom, and the latter regression affects all documents; I'm not sure how we missed it before, but it's now filed as bug 628840.
