There is no way to resize the account settings and options windows. This can make things difficult to set when Thunderbird is used on a netbook. I find when opening Tools >Account settings or Options that the window is too large and a portion gets cut off. To make matters worse the window cannot be "dragged" to see the missing part of the window. I have found this particular problem on both a netbook with Win7 or XP. Let me note that I cannot resize on PC's or laptops with larger screens, although it is not a problem since the open Account settings or Options will fit so everything is displayed and is not so much an issue. Let me also note I found this issue more prevalent with other themes but it also happens with the default Thunderbird theme.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools and select either Account Settings or Options.
2. Try to resize
3.
