http://hg.mozilla.org/qa/maemkit/file/tip/maemkit.cfg is half winmo specific and half maemo specific and I am not entirely sure why.  I am under the assumption that the maemkit-winmo.cfg file is what winmo would use.

My patch fixes the inconsistencies and adds a file that is explicitly for the maemo platform.  We are moving towards doing a checkout of maemkit on device for the test runs. It would be great if I could check out from the main repository.  Until this is resolved, I will be checking out from hg.m.o/users/jford_mozilla.com/maemkit

overall this looks good.  I don't understand the change from /media/mmc1 to /builds, is that a configuration change that was made on the pool of n810's?  r=me with a little explanation of what /builds is.

/media/mmc1 is, as I understand from the reading of their source, only supposed to be a mountpoint for the external flash card.  When the flash card is inserted, it will shadow the real contents of /media/mmc1 which make this location unsuitable.  

/builds is a generic location which you can symlink from, to anywhere, and also where the N900s are going to have maemkit checked out to in our automation.  The N810s in the pool aren't using /media/mmc1 anymore, they are using (yet another) path of /builds/unittest
