Location bar doesn't show up (just a blank bar) on popup windows if I place it (the location bar) on Bookmarks Toolbar.

The problem is there, even if Navigation Toolbar's icons are big or small, so this doesn't influence it.

If I place location bar to Navigation Toolbar, everything is ok.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on Navigation Toolbar (or View menu - Toolbars), go ˝Customize...˝
2. Drag and drop Location Bar: from Navigation Toolbar to Bookmarks Toolbar
3. Click on a link that opens up a pop-up window
Actual Results:  
Location bar doesn't show (just a blank bar) on pop-up window.

- Add-ons don't influence it, because it works, if I move the location bar back to Navigation Toolbar

Only if the locationbar is placed on the Navigation Toolbar, the pop-up will have a locationbar.
