Build Identifier: 1.0b1
If I create an event in Outlook and send an invitation to myself so that I can add the event to Lightning, and then add more attendees from Lightning, Lightning does not send out invitations to the new attendees. However, if I then remove the new attendees, the cancellation notice gets sent.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event in Microsoft Outlook. Add myself as attendee.
2. Add event to Lightning using the "Accept" button in the email notification.
3. Open event and add an attendee, Attendee A.
4. Click "Save & Close".
Actual Results:
Lightning does not send out an email notification to Attendee A. Nor does it send updates to Attendee A on any subsequent change to the event time/location/description. However, if Attendee A is removed (also from within Lightning), a cancellation notice is sent out.
Expected Results:
A notification is sent out when Attendee A is added. Further notifications should be sent out for any subsequent changes to the event.
This issue did not exist in previous versions of Lightning (for Thunderbird 2.x.x).

dumdummuoi, is this still an issue using the recently released Lightning 1.0?

It appears Lightning 1.0 is not compatible with Thunderbird 3.1.15, which is what I'm using right now, but yes, I'm still having this issue with Lightning 1.0b3pre, if that counts.

dumdummuoi, the latest version of Thunderbird is currently Thunderbird 8, do you think you could upgrade to see if the Lightning issue still persists?

Unable to install Thunderbird 8 with Lightning 1.0. After upgrading, Lightning becomes stuck at "Lightning will be updated after you restart Thunderbird". Problem persists through system reboot.
Tried uninstalling Thunderbird, deleted Thunderbird folders in AppData\Local, AppData\Roaming, and ProgramFiles(x86), restarted, do a clean installation, now Lightning is stuck at "Lightning will be installed after you restart Thunderbird"--on every restart.
