Seen while using  Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.3a2) Gecko/20100228 MozillaDeveloperPreview/3.7a2

STR:
1. Customize Toolbar
2. As dialog opens, watch carefully
3. Dialog moves to left of screen than into center

This is more noticeable on slower machines but definitely a regression.
While this happens on PPC, also happens on Intel but not as noticeable.
I tried to make a screencast but unfortunately jing was unable to capture the issue.
This is a regression from bug 439134.
