1. Open multiple tabs with different URL's in each tab
2. Use the down arrow at the end of the tab container which will list all the tabs opened
3. Right click on one of the tabs urls in the list and select the option "Close Tab"
4. This closes the lat opened tab instead of the tab that the user has selected to close.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open multiple tabs with different URL's in each tab
2. Use the down arrow at the end of the tab container which will list all the tabs opened
3. Right click on one of the tabs urls in the list and select the option "Close Tab"
4. This closes the lat opened tab instead of the tab that the user has selected to close.
Actual Results:  
Closes the last opened tab

Expected Results:  
The tab user right clicked on and selected to Close, should be closed.

Doesn't close the intended tab.
