STR: 1. Load http://opentochoice2.stage.mozilla.com/en/ 2. At the bottom, click on the locale-picker "choose your language" Expected Results: The locale-picker flies up Actual Results: The locale-picker flies down and created unnecessary scrollbars in the viewport
