I think that we could simply use these two sentences:

"These are the browsers included on the Browser Choice screen. We encourage you to read about them and talk to friends and colleagues so you can learn more about your options."

in the excerpt. We then wouldn't need any additional localization.

Jane, what do you think we should do? I'd be reluctant to add new content to localize. One solution is what I suggested in comment 1 (involves ca. 15 minutes of copy&paste). Another solution would be to wontfix this bug and leave the http://opentochoice.org/en/category/browsers/ page as it is right now (with the current excerpt which lists the available browsers).

I think as this stage, I would leave this as is and close out the bug. If will be more important to localize the new content going forward. Thank you.
