The svn file has 3.0.40818.0 as the latest version for Mac and Windows Silverlight. The current version is actually 3.0.50106.0 (released Jan 20). There does not appear to be a vulnerability associated with this update.
I fixed this one a while back. Silverlight 4 is now out of beta so we'll need to update it again, but I think the group is moving to less formal (bug) methods.
