549943 - winmo fennec freetype2.lib breakage on clobber

make[5]: *** No rule to make target `e:/builds/moz2_slave/winmo-trunk/mozilla-central/objdir/xulrunner/dist/lib/freetype2.lib', needed by `xul.dll'.  Stop.

I've seen this freetype2.lib error on Try as well.

It's possible that this is a clobber issue rather than an ix issue -- we can try clobbering all the winmo builds and if they all go red, that's a sign that maybe mfinkle/blassey broke things when they changed how xulrunner works in the build.

Needs investigation and a fix.

Try builds are failing on VMs, so this isn't isolated to ix boxes.

This is starting to look like a code issue -- could you guys investigate?
We can clobber the winmo depend builds if you want.

near as I can tell, this is a regression from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/b7b5c61b1af8 which is bug 528250
