55005 - RFE: need documentation on mozilla.org how UNIX distributors make L10N pkgs

As I posted to mozilla-i18n and mozilla-unix newsgroup, UNIX distributors
want to know the right and common way how to make UNIX packages. The issue is
that the installation of UNIX packages will not be performed by XPInstall. So
the package script itself will need to update all-locale.rdf files by regchrome
utility. The document should be put on www.mozilla.org to share the information
among distributors.
