User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10_4_11; en) AppleWebKit/531.21.8 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Safari/531.21.10 Build Identifier: 3.6 Coupons.com provides online printable coupons and it used to work on Firefox but a few weeks ago it stopped working and now trying to download and install the printer again I keep getting the above message. No problem with other browsers!! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Select coupons 2.Be told to install printer 3.Get message Actual Results: I get the message -- I can't print the coupons if I'm using Firefox. Expected Results: It should have had content -- installed -- allowed me to print.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
