The UPDATE and ENCRYPTION sub panes work correctly and it is then possible to access the complete HELP menu by using the mouse scroll wheel, or the cursor keys, and navigating up or down with them. FireFox v3.6 and Windows XP are installed Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switch on PC and start FireFox 2. Click on Tools, click on Options, click on Advanced 3. In Advanced General or Advanced Network click Help (or use F1 key) 4. Use ALT/F4 to return to the Advanced Options screen Actual Results: Error 404 message The requested URL/1/firefox/3.6/WINNT/en-GB/eu/prefs-advanced-general was not found on this server Expected Results: Help screen should appear

And alt+F4 returns to the Options window in both cases.
