Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6
From the TOOLS OPTIONS ADVANCED pane, the GENERAL and NETWORK sub panes return a 404 error URL NOT FOUND ON THIS SERVER when trying to view the HELP option. The UPDATE and ENCRYPTION sub panes work correctly and it is then possible to access the complete HELP menu by using the mouse scroll wheel, or the cursor keys, and navigating up or down with them. FireFox v3.6 and Windows XP are installed
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch on PC and start FireFox
2. Click on Tools, click on Options, click on Advanced
3. In Advanced General or Advanced Network click Help (or use F1 key)
4. Use ALT/F4 to return to the Advanced Options screen
Actual Results:
Error 404 message The requested URL/1/firefox/3.6/WINNT/en-GB/eu/prefs-advanced-general was not found on this server
Expected Results:
Help screen should appear
