55053 - can't add to address book when no selection in dropdown

I just clicked on an address in an incoming message and selected "Add to address
book". This popped up the dialog, but the OK button wouldn't dismiss it. I was
forced to Cancel, which didn't add the entry.

I just tried with oct3 branch commercial build on linux and crashed upon OK to
the  new card dialog.

OK, I misread the original problem... I see the same thing in the branch when
using the header link from mail window to add to address book. OK won't dismiss.

hmm...I couldn't duplicate this bug. I am able to click OK and the card is added 
to the AB. However, on the second try when I click OK it Crashed (bug to be 
looged for that). Relaunching the app and adding any number od cards to AB's is 
fine.

Builds tested:
1. Today's BRANCH builds on Linux and Windows.
2. PR3 builds (9/29/00 builds) on all platforms.

More information on what I saw:
Using oct3 commercial branch build I can reproduce on linux, not on NT.  When I
can reproduce, clicking on the Add to Address Book link from a header in mail
window opens the AB Card window without a selection in the Address Book
dropdown. Once I change the selection dropdown, I can OK the card window fine
and card is added.

Change summary to reflect the bug.  The bug should be fixed with either
1. Set dropdown selection default to Personal Address Book
2. Ask the user to select an address book if no selection is made.
