Steps to reproduce:
1. Install RequestPolicy extension, available at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9727
2. Load the page found at http://www.netcity.nl/bestverkocht.asp
3. Observe slowdown (100% CPU usage) and perceived freeze of Firefox window within twenty seconds.
The page loads and Firefox functions normally without the extension, or with the extension's functionality disabled ("allow all requests").

To test this, you must have RequestPolicy installed and enabled.

I think this bug is an incarnation of bug 550733.
