550728 - Escape/Enter don't work (keyboard focus messed up) on first entering virtual/search folder properties

When you open virtual folder properties, pressing Escape to cancel or Enter to confirm doesn't do anything until you tab in or click on an element.

STR:
0. Create a new search folder if necessary (File -> New -> Search Folder… in eligible locations)
1. Right-click a search folder and choose Properties… from the context menu
2. Press the Enter or Escape keys

Expected:
Properties dialog to close, with or without saving changes, respectively (not that there should be any changes to save).
Actual:
Nothing happens. Nothing in the Error Console, either.

(Discovered by accident while testing the given Litmus; not a test failure per se, but still an annoying bug.)
[This might go in TB specifically, but I suspect it's a MailNews issue. Feel free to correct me, though.]

Enter and Escape do work for me on the dialog, both close it, on Linux.
Can you please retest?
