Just like IE , one can not hover mouse of preview and use scroll button to scroll down a page. This feature is support ONLY by IE and Opera 10.5 too doesnt support it. Please add this feature for better integration with the OS

Applies only on trunk builds , 3.7 alphas and 3.6 with modded about:config

I can't scroll in IE on a tab preview. Are you sure this is a bug?
For scrolling a page , following conditions are to be met:

1)A long page should be chosen like neowin.net , filehippo , etc
2)IE window MUST BE MAXIMIZED (very important)
3)If multiple tabs are opened then the tab in which you want to scroll MUST BE SELECTED. Also you can not scroll by just view taskbar previews and not actually opening the window , for eg working on firefox , then without clicking just viewing preview of ie
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this only works by accident. What is actually happening is that the IE window has focus and it scrolls the tab contents only when the mouse happens to be over the tab content area of the actual tab, not the preview. This is easy to verify if you move the taskbar up to the top of the screen and preview. If the taskbar or some other window has focus, this also doesn't work. Using Spy++, I was not able to see any messages being passed to IE when I used the mouse wheel and was not over the tab content area. It's a shame because I think it's a neat feature.

No, sadly it's not possible because we're not notified when the user uses the mouse wheel on the thumbnails.
