It sounded like old mozilla.org CVS accounts were migrated to SVN, but I don't seem to be able to use this, either with karlt+@karlt.net or karlt+%karlt.net and the key from attachment 282648 [details].

Yep, your account (created in bug 412886) should have been migrated over during the cvs-to-svn changeover. Guess it wasn't...
