Cookie management system needs a filter or sort option

Details
I've been using the cookie management system recently to handle which sites are
able to send me cookie. Essentially, I've selected "Warn me before storing a
cookie" in the prefs dialog.
Now, when a dialog pops up asking if I want to allow the site to store a
cookie, I click "Remember this decision". On a site-by-site basic I can
therefore handle any privacy issues (and only get asked once - unlike Internet
Explorer).
The problem is thus: when I accidentally click "no" for a site I don't want
or "yes" for a site I do want, I need to go to the prefs dialog to edit the
setting. Unfortunately, it becomes very difficult to spot the site I need in
the listbox. This dialog could be much improved by sorting the sites first by
whether they can or cannot set cookies, then alphabetically by site name. In
this way, I can spot the site I need instantly (I have hundreds in there right
now) and delete the entry.

Sounds like a good idea. I hope there is somebody out there who would be
willing to make this change. Copying Blake since I know that he likes this sort
of stuff.
