The VCS commands have not been ported over to the Rebooted command line yet.

Enough of the vcs commands to be useful are done as of 917a4ab2bbe5. bug 554624 tracks the addition of the "vcs clone" command, which has been started. bug 554625 tracks the addition of the "svn" commands.
