If possible, I'd like to do this tonight please, because Microsoft has released the browser ballot to new locales over the weekend, and this update includes strings for those locales.

And this isn't on the NS, it's on the CDN, Edgecast. Flushing Edgecast is the only way to clear all the caches, let me know if you want that and for the whole site, it'll take a while for that to finish.

Bug 550973 is definitely fixed, but I don't see auto-detection of languages/locale working (and I double-checked on staging, where it works).
