Open Bugzilla RC1 Test URL in VISTA IE8 : https://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-3.6-branch/enter_bug.cgi?product=Sam%27s%20Widget 2. Scroll the pages which has flag drop down boxes. 3. Notice that the dropdown boxes are not user readable. Actual Results: Dropdown boxes are not user readable. Expected Results: Dropdown boxes needs to be user readable.

I can reproduce using IE8 on Windows 7, but this is a bug in IE itself. If you hover the drop-down, the arrow is back. If a tooltip hides the arrow, it goes away.
