I have my cookie set to prompt me before accepting cookies, I do this because I want MOST sites to just get session-level cookies, but don't want to block some sites I visit frequently from functioning well.

I don't mind clicking on the dialog once, but if i visit a new site it prompts me for EVERY cookie on the page, even if I tell it to remember my choice on the first dialog.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Preferences / Privacy / Accept / Ask every time
2. Visit site you haven't been to that accepts cookies and has multiple ones on page
3. Click "Accept for Session" and check the remember flag
Actual Results:
Another dialog asking same question, for same site.

Expected Results:
Accepts the remember, and just asks the once.

I think its similar to the password prompt bug in TB, i.e. its queueing up the need to ask the user when the page is visited, and not checking before displaying the dialog that the question hasn't just been answered.
