Nathan, talking about duplicates then bug 545930 is a duplicate of bug 525029. Those bugs cover only the reply button, this bug covers reply and reply-all buttons. So this bug is a superset of the other two. Or if you thinks this is academic I could rephrase this one to cover only the reply-all button :-)

bug 525029 is covering the "reply" button although the summary does not say so.
Yeah, I'd prefer either rephrasing this bug to cover reply-all only, or morphing bug 545930 -- there's already patch-work going on there, so it should be duped to when possible, rather than the other way around. On balance, I'd say go for rephrasing this bug, to separate out the cases; you can use see-also or dependencies to connect the two bugs.
