Just moved 'sq' to the supported languages list. Only need to verify language detection is still working and viewing sq works.

Verified FIXED:

Hitting up http://personas.stage.mozilla.com with Albanian [sq] sends me to http://personas.stage.mozilla.com/sq/, and I can also choose it and other locales just fine from the picker.

I reopened the bug to ask updating with http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc?view=rev&revision=63988 which contains the latest update I thought I had already committed. Otherwise the video subtitles will remain half-translated.
