55146 - Stops importing IE favorites on encountering '...' or 'name..url'

I have a ridiculously high number of unsorted favorites, and only the first 
screenful at 800x600 are shown.  (The number imported doesn't depend on screen 
size -- if I go to 1024x768, they don't take up the entire height of the 
screen).  Some reasonably sized submenus of the IE favorites folder display 
enough to scroll at 1024x768.

I don't know if this is limited to imported favorites, and I don't know how 
many favorites/bookmarks I need to make it happen.

This is a dup of bug 47961 (which is in turn a dup of bug 53152).  Moving 
favorites containing ".." and favorites ending with "." to a subfolder made the 
rest of my unsorted favorites show up in Mozilla.

Updating summary so this bug can be found easily (I wouldn't normally do this 
when marking a bug as a duplicate, but 47961 doesn't have a great summary).

better to just mark the dupe at the end of the chain (bug 53152) with a note that the
other bug more closely resembles this one.
