Lasts about 30 seconds. Closing the browser window ends the track. Feels a bit like a virus. No harm otherwise. Sorry for sounding like I'm hearing noises in my head:-). Being going on for about a fortnight. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Launch browser window 2.Do lots of browsing on various sites 3.At some point hear the noise Do not know if this serious. Tried to google for others reporting similar but no luck.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
