using 4/26 build of apprunner on Windows 98.

1) launch apprunner
2) launch editor from Task menu
3) insert cursor somewhere in text.
4) hit return.
5) you get a crash after 1 second or so.

it shouldn't crash.

happens only on Windows...

the crash gone in today's build.  things are still very wrong with return
behavior on windows - i suspect that weirdness in the windows event model may be
responsible, either directly or by exposing bugs in my stuff.  closing this bug -
i'll open a new m6 bug for the new wrong behavior.
