the save command takes a parameter for the file name to save as. This doesn't work right now, but is critical when paired up with the "newfile" command, because you need to name the file. the save file also needs to be aware that if you *are* working on a buffer with no associated file (the result of "newfile") then the user *has* to provide a filename.
