Its been forever since we used the data from these configurations, building them every time isn't paying for itself. If we are testing them, then eliminating them from the test stage will also speed up builds.

what is the net change in build times, if any?
No real net gain as this was happening on systems that were NOT the slowest. However this does free up time for the build to be doing things that are more useful (compiling more shell variations).
Linux sandbox build fails the build-check stage due to missing vprof build.
