I can print test page and also from other apps. Canon windows pops up when attempting to print a Tbird email message: "Printer is offline." Result is that I can't print from Tbird. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hook up a Canon MX870 via USB on a Win 7 x64 system. 2. Attempt to print a message 3.
