Just a guess: Do you have another theme enabled?

This never happened to me until now.
In the last days, I'm upgraded from FF 3.6.6 to 3.6.7 in two different computers and in both upgrades FF missed my theme, and showed the the FF theme.
In both computers I'm using https://addons.mozilla.org/pt-BR/firefoxcup/ Brazil theme, and after the upgrade I needed to configure the theme again.
The SOs are Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Do you have the add-on installed? If not (or probably doesn't matter either way) it's a bug in Firefox and we can move this bug over to it.

Yes. I have Personas 1.5.3 installed.

mrgirish had to have it installed, in order to have a persona on 3.5, so that one might be explained by the addition of the other about:config entries that manage lightweight themes. Fernando has it installed, but if I'm not mistaken 3.6.6 is still the latest stable release...isn't it?
